Welcome to the next phase of NAP's new website! Many new features have recently been added:
Expanded Members-Only "Member Resources" Section
Search for Members' Profiles – Search for and connect with other members! You may search for member profiles using any criteria in the NAP database as well as new information members will be adding to their profiles as they log in and update them. Want to connect with someone in your area? Search by zip code. Looking for someone with a similar interest area? You will soon be able to do that too! You can also do simple searches like finding all members of one of the Academies. An introduction at the top of the search page will explain how to use the search. Click here to begin your search!
Edit Your Profile – To take full advantage of the capabilities available in the member profile search area, members must update their own membership information to include information about themselves and their practice. Please take the time to update your profile. The more members that update their profile, the more effective the search function will be! This is also your chance to update your records with the Central Office. An introduction at the top of your profile will explain what you need to do. Click here to update your profile now!
Organizational Charts – Ever wonder who to contact when you need certain information? Click here for an overview of the organization. Click here to discover the best staff person to help with your particular needs.
Leadership Committees – This page shares information on the committee structure of the organization and links to full contact lists for the NAP Council and Executive Committee. Click here to learn more.
Expert Panel Discussion Forums – In an attempt to mine the interest and expertise of members, the NAP formed two Interdisciplinary Expert Panels (IEP) from our membership. Click here to learn more about this special initiative and participate.
NAP and Academy Discussion Forums – Take advantage of the new Discussion Forum feature to comment on topics of interest to NAP or your Academy and interact with other distinguished professionals. Click here to begin your dialog.
Academy Member Lists – Click here to view newly-updated lists of members from each Academy. (Remember, you may also use the Member Profile Search function to locate full information on Academy members.)
Advocacy Toolkit – With NAP’s increasing visibility in the Public Policy arena, advocacy training becomes more important than ever. Click here to take advantage of this training tool prepared for you by NAP.
Leadership Tools – Council members and Academy Chairs and Co-chairs will now be able to pull reports from NAP’s online database. Your User Name and Password will allow you to enter a limited-access administration area where you can use a simple 3 step process to create reports using any criteria in our database. Click here to learn more. Leaders may also use our newly re-vamped listservs to communicate at will with members. Finally, e-mail communications supporting attachments are still available to any member list you desire by contacting the e-mail administrator with your request.
